IPI that manufactures aseptic packages in Pierantonio has just celebrated its 10th anniversary.
IPI pushes away the crisis with a turnover growth of 25% over the previous year.
The “New” IPI Srl in Pierantonio, one of the leader companies in the aseptic packaging of liquid food products, is ten years old. Celebrations took place yesterday morning with the mayor, Mr Giampiero Giulietti as an honoured guest of the celebration.
The general manager Mr Locchi, after having reminded how the company was born in 2002 thanked the public administration for the “seriousness, professionality and support” with which during these years has supported the activity.
Afterwards, the general manager in the name of all the company, handed the first citizen a plate as a conmemoration of this event. “Congratulations to Mr Locchi for the manner in which he has been able to give life to a company which has managed to be perfectly integrated in this territory”, replied the mayor, Mr Giulietti.
Moreover, he added, “It is good to see that in times of crisis as the one that we are currently going through, there are companies which have become leaders in their own field at national and international levels and continue growing and are, today, a point of reference for the communities of Pierantonio, Umbertide and the whole of the Umbria region.
“I thank Pierluigi Locchi for his words, concluded the mayor, but I am convinced that the local administrations have the task to help develop companies, favouring those that produce wealth in the area and guarantee occupation”.
IPI produces packages for the aseptic packaging of liquid foods in multi-layer cardboard.
It is a growing company and that in 2011 had an increase of 25% of its turnover.
