Our carton is mostly made of paper board (about 70%), obtained from wood fibre, a natural renewable resource provided by suppliers who manage their paper mills and forests to the highest environmental standards. In addition, the environmental impact of the multilayered material, according to LCA standards (life-cycle assessment) is significantly lower than other common packaging in HDPE and PET (e.g. the entire production cycle of aseptic cartons is best in class when it comes to CO2 footprint). Also for consumers, aseptic carton is a responsible choice as it is a recyclable light weight pack requiring minimum use of raw materials.
We are ISO 9001 certified by DNV and on the US FDA Interstate Milk Shippers List of Foreign Manufacturers. We also hold FSC™ (license for use of logo C-106464) and PEFC™ (license for use of logo PEFC/18-31-467) Certifications.
We contribute to a sustainable future by developing products and solutions for better use of energy, reduction of both waste and impact on the environment while increasing the total efficiency of our partners’ production processes and our own activities and operations monitored by key performance indicators:
- Differentiated waste collection
- Saving actions aimed at reducing consumption of gas, electrical power and water in various production plants
- Less paper and energy consumption in offices and workshops
